Title: Vegetable Juice Cocktail

Yield: 4 Servings

3 Carrots; peeled & chopped
3 Radishes
3 Scallions
1/4cCelery leaves
1/4cWatercress
1 Canned beet; diced
1/2cBeet liquid
1 1/2c-Ice water
1tsSalt
1/8tsPepper

Puree all ingredients in a blender. Cover and refrigerate for one hour, strain, mix in salt & pepper and serve.
